order forms, contracts, visitor forms, telecommunication tools, computers, telephones, our website, and third parties (e.g., KKB, Findeks).
3) Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds:
(i) Explicitly stipulated by law
(ii) Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
(iii) Necessity for the fulfillment of a legal obligation
(iv) Necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
(v) Necessity for legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate fundamental rights and freedoms
In cases where these legal bases do not apply, your explicit consent will be obtained.
4) Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with:

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your rights through the
“Data Controller Application Form” available on the PRAMO Prefabricated Building Technologies website.
